The MPack kit is being sold by Russians for $500 to anyone wanting to infect websites and their customers with payloads that can range from benign to destructive.

Graith Internet have developed code for OSCommerce that is incredibly easy to install (modify two files and upload 3 files to your website). Every time or every x minutes, every PHP files is scanned for modification. If a change is detected, the store admin is emailed immediately with notification of which files have been modified. The check takes less than a second to around 5 seconds on the stores we've tested so far (big sites), so the overhead is not noticable to customers.

The code should work on any version of OSCommerce and should be easy to modify to work with Zencart.
